The challenge

The big issue here is dealing with a real mixed bag of financial setups across Africa. Lots of people don’t even have bank accounts; they rely on using mobile money for payments. Sending money to individual mobile wallets is usually a breeze, but the headache comes when businesses need to send out loads of payments to their staff all at once. That’s where Onafriq comes in and where Bridge Studio designed a custom web app using intuitive UX and refining it with user testing.

The final design

The final web app used intuitive UX design to make complex processes appear simple through reordering the site architecture. Card-sorting was used to rename certain sections that made more sense to the end user.
