Escalating these errors to the support team was a clunky, manual process, and the whole system was hard to navigate without a deep understanding of how everything worked. We dug into the workflows behind exception handling and designed a clear, intuitive interface that made it easy for analysts to get a high-level view, drill into problems, and escalate them with just a few clicks, all with minimal training required.
