Managing thousands of financial transactions at once is a core challenge for modern fintechs. For one of our clients, a leading payment provider, the bulk payment journey was slow, error-prone, and difficult for both internal teams and end users to navigate.
They needed a UX design solution that could:

4. Visual design system
A clean interface using neutral greys and a signature highlight colour (yellow) to draw focus.
Typography optimised for quick scanning of numbers and status updates.
Modular design system ensuring scalability across new fintech features.

A simple colour guide was developed and was then expanded into a design system for the fintech
Final design
The final web app used intuitive fintech UX design to make complex processes appear simple through reordering the site architecture. Card-sorting was used to rename certain sections that made more sense to the end user.
