Office Solutions Incorporated provide technology services to a wide range of companies across Canada. OSI, like many companies, knew they had a fantastic product. Their main challenge was communicating the quality of their services in a way that would connect with their audience. Bridge was tasked with making abstract technical ideas appear natural and easy to understand.
We met with OSI and after a brand discovery workshop we soon uncovered some useful insights that could differentiate their brand. One of the main takeaways was that despite all the cutting edge technology they used, the most important thing for them was that they were helping real people to progress in their careers and they should always have a human touch to their communications. This is when the concept, “Digital solutions for analogue people” was born.
