Brand and identity creation
The Pastora brand is rooted in championing independent producers of wine, coffee and beer. The big idea was to create a community where you can learn about natural wines, ethically produced coffee and the people who produced them. The visual identity was a mixture of a typical mid-century style bar from Madrid and a rustic country kitchen, creating a familiar welcoming atmosphere. This can be seen in the vacuum moulded sigh to the rear of the store and the reclaimed wood counter. The store organises regular wine and coffee tasting events with the aim to teach customers about their suppliers and how to pair beverages with food.
